Participants complete a brief, evidence-based survey that captures key behavioral and environmental indicators, such as violence exposure, truancy, mental health, employment stability, and access to social resources then SYSTEMYX™ uses advanced AI algorithms to analyze responses and cross-reference them against aggregated proprietary datasets to identify risk patterns and resource needs. Results are translated into an easy-to-understand 1–10 scoring matrix (from optimal baseline to extreme risk), producing an individualized Vulnerability Report and, when appropriate, guiding referrals through vetted partners like local agencies, school systems, and community-based organizations; in higher-risk cases, the system can automatically alert appropriate partners to support timely outreach.
